Mary is the Assistant Vice President, People & Communications for DeliverHealth and a member of the company’s executive team. In this role, Mary leads a global team of human resources professionals whose focus is to drive employee engagement, recruitment and retention, onboarding, professional development, benefits, payroll, compensation, and internal and external communications. She has led the drive for enhancing a culture of performance, transparency, accountability, and well-being across DeliverHealth’s worldwide employment base.
Mary joined DeliverHealth in March of 2021. Prior to joining DeliverHealth, Mary worked at Evariant as their Senior Director, Human Resources. She has over 25 years of human resources experience working in several industries including banking, technology, hospital and healthcare and healthcare technology.
Mary is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Human Resources Leadership Forum of Southern New England (HRLF) and Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut (HRACC). She earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and Language Literature from Hartwick College.
